Russell: Late Notes -- Today could be another 95% down-day. The lows for the D-J Averages in this bear market were recorded on October 27. They are: Industrials 8175.77 Transports 3364.58. The October 27 lows are in the process of being tested, as I thought they would. If both Industrials and Transports violate those lows, it will be very bearish. If one Average violates it's October 27 low and the other refuses to confirm, that will be constructive from a Dow Theory standpoint. The Dow closed today 815 points above the critical 7479 level (50% Principle). Today was a 90% down-day.
