News released this am - Hiring firm to explore ways to enhance shareholder value Digital Ally Retains Banc of America Securities LLC to Advise Company Regarding Strategic Alternatives Thursday November 13, 7:00 am ET OVERLAND PARK, Kan., Nov. 13 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Digital Ally, Inc. (Nasdaq: DGLY - News), which develops, manufactures and markets advanced video surveillance products for law enforcement, homeland security and commercial security applications, today announced that it has retained Banc of America Securities LLC as its financial advisor in connection with the Company's consideration of a range of strategic alternatives designed to enhance shareholder value. Digital Ally can provide no assurance that the initiation of a process to explore strategic alternatives will ultimately result in a transaction. The Company has not identified a specific alternative, nor has it made any decision to enter into any transaction at this time. The Company does not intend to disclose developments regarding the exploration of strategic alternatives unless and until its Board of Directors has approved a specific transaction.
