Update your individual stocks for SOI...you should see a very good indication of why this market has been what it is.

pay attention to the period from July through end of Oct for perspective.
prevailing systems intent.....the taking was so easy, because the games rules are operating, outside the laws governing stock issuance.

but of course, we already new that.

Its been a chore, not to get lower price, but to acquire supply.......moving avg of vol, insider purchases and buy backs....lots of competition for what is truly scarce.
