Palin was the best the Republikan party had to offer after Bush the Worst President in US History. Out of millions of Republikans she was the choice.

OMG.

I knew the party had problems but Brooks is correct about Palin being a cancer. The Republikan party, once the party of business executives and country clubbers is now the party of the uneducated, proud-to-be-ignorant, fanatically religious hillbillies.
