IAUS is under investigation by the SEC. I just noticed the following item that IAUS filed in a SEC 8-K filing. (You can go to the SEC Web site at sec.gov and look in the EDGAR database for keyword Automated to find all filings by International Automated Systems.) For some odd reason, the company did not issue a press release about this, or notify the shareholders. "On August 16, 1996, the Company received a subpoena for the production of documents relating to all aspects of the Company's affairs from the U. S. Securities and Exchange Commission." "The subpoena indicated that a formal order of private investigation had been issued by the SEC involving the Company. The subpoena was issued by a member of the staff of the Salt Lake City Office. Based on the preliminary nature of the investigation the Company at this time is unable to determine the result or outcome of the investigation."
