Uh......you forgot to highlight this paragraph. Prop. 13.....the brainstorm of two righties. State gov't has been on a starvation diet thanks to these guys....just enough money to keep the lights on and to encourage squabbling but not enough to maintain the state.

Similar buttholes have tried to do the same in my state. Fortunately, people up here are a little smarter and reject most of their initiatives.
