Steve At what point do you believe responsibility for one's actions needs to take place? Do you believe hate crimes based on speech are equally enforced in the US? In this instance I am referring to sexual preference. i.e., are gays prosecuted for hate crimes with the same ferocity as Christians? Do you believe that people of any sexual preference should be bailed out for their reckless practices? The right to chose one's lifestyle is really not regulated much in this country, IMO. I could care less what people do with each other sexually as long as both parties are consenting adults. I do find is bizarre and distasteful that gays knowingly have unprotected sex and expect me to fund their bailout when they contract HIV. I also find it repugnant that so many men have multiple children out of wedlock and yet refuse to pay for their upbringing. I think these are reasonable views. Nobody is pushing gays back into the closet. however, however there is a huge tsunami of rights destruction going on, the right for the owner of a property to decide who is a fit tenant. I wouldn't expect a gay couple to "have" to rent to a Jehovah's Witness in the house they owned next door to their residence. Neither should a JW or anybody else for that matter have to rent to a flagrant transsexual. That is personal freedom. You sound very much like someone pushing an agenda. If you want to see someone morality crammed down someone's throat look no further than your local prison. 2,000,000 Americans are subject to the threat of harsh homosexual violence and rape everyday in our prisons. That is a much bigger problem than some nutty preacher spouting off in his pulpit.
