While reviewing Yesterdays data, i found a condition that sustains code 14. The condition appeared in a peripheral issue and not in MM1 or MM2. this always means that the conditions that produce this signal are still active and trend has not changed. Requiring us to maintain fractional methods in a sea of patience.

Additionally, the SOI data reveal that prevailing systems will continue to assert thier will across issues where positions are staked.

You noticed if you checked, that systemic short covering has been happening, at lower, not higher prices.

The market is a system of hierarchal systems......no market prices are apparent within the pop, retail shorts and dip stalkers combine for pops like yesterday.....prevailing systems are not being adjudicated according to the same terms as investors and retail traders regardless of whether they might be short or long.
