Yes since she is laid up it's going to be a cooking weekend. I'm going to make up and put in tinfoil 8x8 pans some Shepards Pie and some lasagna. I'll keep half and bring half up to Mom who can't cook anymore. Also a big batch of chicken dumpling soup from scratch to be shared also. Also need to get that cranberry stuff made up for Thanksgiving, the one I gave you a recipe for last year. Going to make up a bunch to give away to friends also.
