every blind bull in those clips (had people actually listened to them) led investors to the slaughter....oh and ben stein is the worst kind of douche <g> but oddly, and i think this just serves to show how treacherous this market is, GLD (which schiff was recommending, $83 at the time) has not been working over the last year (as an 'investment')...but hey, you're only down about 12%...so he gets props on that one too finance.yahoo.com so basically what mark twain said is sooooo true....paraphrasing (substitute watch news media): "If you don't read the newspaper you are uninformed, if you do read the newspaper you are misinformed." Mark Twain ********** sad thing is they still trot out the same idiots to opine on the market...that's the major problem with this country today....people don't get FIRED for incompetence....it gets REWARDED until that stops, we are doomed
