Our national financial problems are likely larger than they have been at any point since 1936 or so. (One possible special exception: the second world war years....) Throw ALL the accountants and budget experts you possibly can at the federal budget, say I! ('Cause after Jan. 20th. the new President will have to be fully up-to-speed. It would be VERY BAD, considering the magnitude of our problems, to be slow out of the gate.)
