Those are the kinds of numbers it takes to get fully financed, still it won't come easy for them in this environment, and good luck getting the shareprice back to making new highs, there's so much that can go wrong making a mine and people will be focussing on the negatives all the way

New Gold tanked far further from where it was, and Mr Schulich has got his rrsp stuffed full with common shares ... that's motivation -g-

The two are very much a pair, to me ... both hugely undervalued due in part to being heavy to copper, both great management, safe countries, both with financing issues but only partially, got funding to carry them through for a while and you know with the sort of backing both have they'll get financed when the time comes .... IF the time comes, i guess, but if copper doesn't come back it means the species is done for - rate of electrification is a sign of health

[edit] - just did the sums, i've got almost three times the ngd [including wts] as trx ... so it's like giving 72-28 odds

There are more similarities - trx has Berg for a kicker, ngd has el Morro, not a penny for either in their shareprices right now, and won't be until they're far higher
