Mr. Goldcorp has his treasury stuffed with TRX preferred shares, and an option for a participating interest in the project. That too is motivation. Exercise of the option would facilitate financing. (why would it not be exercised ?)

But I digress... the chart shows NGD as having the better relative strength right now. As you said, this will change in turn !
