That is good question.
Maybe you should ask that question to many of the hi-tech companies that have been in that situation and then get back to us with an answer.
You can start with a couple: INTC, MSFT, SUNW, ORCL COMS, AMAT, CPQ, NVLS,CA, IBM or even NSCP, JBIL, RMBS.
Maybe those bulls knew something the bears couldn't see.
