I recall as we worked our way out of the mid 90's slump that lending regs really started relaxing... "2nd" home regs 1031 exchanges lower DP on and on ...fuel to the fire My take is BC rode the tech boom and in his last year we were facing a similar fate as now. Most though GWB would ride the US down into a recession. But he and his cohorts managed to pump it up one last time. Now there is no way out. Two presidents, two assholes, one great depression comin' right up. Back to the Future with Billary Team and Barack.
