Then why wasn't he called a terrorist? I would defer to the time period when the Weather Underground operated, and they were not referred to as a terrorist group. To change that 40 years later is disingenuous.

No. My Lai doesn't meet the definitional requirements of terrorism, I don't believe. I think the term "Massacre" is well-suited for what happened at My Lai.
