Gender suffers discrimination far more than race Sad to say that this is true. Just look at what the Dems did to Hillary. Look at how Palin was treated. Remember how NOW was MIA when it came to Clinton's propensity for sexual harassment. Boys will always be part of the Boys Club. IMO, the glass ceiling was reinforced this election season. On a personal note, I've only encountered overt sexism a handful of times in my career, and that was some time ago. I learned early on how to apply a well placed stiletto heel<g>
