HE DOESN'T GIVE A F...IN RATS F...IN ASS!!!

James, you now have the opportunity...if you like to address this forum! Maybe, ASND would be a good buy since a bottom has been formed...inconjuunction with their continued business ties and future potential given the I-Net climate...what do you think?

Jeff
P.S. Pretty much well said!!!

"Last week WorldCom shocked Wall Street with its attempt to buy a much
larger MCI. This week Starwood Lodging is buying ITT. Forget everything you
have heard about synergy or tax advantages or economies of scale. These
deals are just plain wrong. They are bad policy and they amount to a
cavalier view of the business cycle. They are especially bad deals from the
point of view of the Fed. To Greenspan these two acquisitions smack of
creeping Japanism, allowing companies to use equity in ways that are
reckless and ill-conceived. WorldCom and Starwood are financial buyers
indulging in the stock market's current passion for synergy, without
respect to the limits of the economy or the danger of debt./i
