The REBOCs must have deep pcokets to bribe Congressmen with because they are maneuvering around the laws to protect their monoploies while offering LD service. At least that's the way it appears here in Washington State. May be too many ex telco employees on the utilities commission!

What moves the market in a stock is constaintly changing. Sometimes its something going on in the industry as a whole, such as acquisition fever. Other times analysts recommendations carry a lot of weight. Right now it doesn't appear that analysts are having much effect. I've noticed this in the majority of other stocks as well.

Until some clear trends establish themselves, it's pretty much a guessing game. I think that the overal trend will be up over the next several months and any improvements in the outlook or just greater "visibility", meaning that the prospects for growth get increasingly confirmed, should move the stock higher yet.

By the middle of next year I will be concerned about a general market pull-back due to inflation and labor shortage and wage hike fears.
