Reagan started us down this path to gigantic deficits. It drives me nuts. Republicans always talk about tax cuts and fiscal responsibility but they never talk about how the huge tax cuts have ballooned the defict; or what to do about the deficit except to keep saying lower taxes and everything will be fine.

But lower taxes have not lowered the deficit even one year in the last 30 years, but that never stops Republican's from continuing with the mantra.
