I don't know the stats on this, but when was the last time a party opted for a non-incumbent to run for President? In other words, does Hillary have a snowball's chance in hell of getting the nomination over Obama in 2012? (assuming he'll run again) [edit] I see Jim beat me to it, and CR gave us the answer, which is "not very often."
