i don't see that as their primary argument.

i see their primary argument as you will not screwing a human being over based on the color of their skin.

that's not to say that everyone who hires a white receptionist is screwing black people over.

but those folks who won't hire a qualified black person based on skin color... is definitely screwing someone over based on the color of their skin.

people should *really* get out more often.
