Allen, this actually sound like a very good strategy. Your risk by january is probably no more than 50% of the investment, while the rewards could be a factor of 5 (I presume you are using margin on this). It is much different than my response earlier this week when selling the same put at $1 were proposed, becuse then the price was much higher and visibility of 4 or less quite high. Of course, at 2.875, you are not getting much of a time premium any more. Zeev
