JAVA and the Ponytail should be the poster child for what is wrong with corporate America.

Alydar, I think you exaggerate a bit.

Given our economy's present condition and the role that a few specific corporate sectors played in getting us here, JAVA doesn't come close to qualifying as a poster child for anything at all. Yes the JAVA executives looted the shareholders' equity, but the amount was piddling in the current big picture of corporate America. And they only victimized a few thousand shareholders who knew at some level they were taking a risk, not tens of millions of totally unsuspecting average citizens and taxpayers.

Goldman and Lehman and Citi and those guys robbed Fort Knox (literally), while JAVA is more like a bottom-rung three-card-monte thrower on a Manhattan sidewalk.
