GULF PRODUCTION MONITOR: November 17, 2008 Gulf Production is up to 9.8 Bcf/d from Friday. HIOS had an operational issue over the weekend with deliveries to Stingray but it appears to be resolved as evening cycle scheduled volumes are over 100 MMcf/d. Both Discovery and Tenn have delayed the expected repair completion on portions of their system by around a week. ANR posted notice on Friday that several meters, representing around 93 MMcf/d according to Bentek flows, will be offline until March of 2009. Total deferred Gulf production since 8/29 now stands at 355 Bcf.
