>>>I don't trade the stock any more.<<<

That's because you have admitted yourself that you can never get it right...we day traders mop the floor with ASND -- it's not that difficult, especially considering your access to information and resources either official or unofficial. I really have to wonder why it is that you have such a terrible time trading ASND when it is probably one of the easiest and most-favored trading stocks around! Do you employ any TA at all, or consider mass psychology?

>>> I do not even go over to 2 rector Street, where they are located. I can't get an article written about a stock any more or less than anybody else and I am forbidden from discussing individual stocks with any staff member including the editor-in-chief. I have no ability to influence him at all.<<<

Whether you write the articles or not, you certainly DO have the ability to influence what is written through the content of your quoted statements.

>>>Oh, and by the way, if I catch any more of your libel on this site, I will be happy to meet you face to face about it. Guess where?<<<

Libel? HA! Andrew's personal opinion of you is within the realm of his constitutionally protected free speech and you know it. He has not accused you of anything criminal and/or scandalous...he just called you a moron. That is within his right to freedom of expression and does nothing to harm your professional career or reputation. Spare us the baseless flexing of legal muscle...what are you going to do, tell the judge: "He called me a bad name!"....? You've gotten too used to the media and dull-witted masses of brainless Wall Street lemmings kissing your butt. You better get used to the fact that not everyone is going to have a rosy thing to say about you, and the ones that don't have every right to express themselves as the ones whose compliments you no doubt enjoy daily. Do you really think you are entitled to any better treatment than the rest of us?

Besides...what about me? I put you on the same soapbox as Kramer from Seinfeld! And if that was a THREAT to the fellow you were addressing, how about making it to someone who cares? I'm still young enough to remember my shady years before I began investing, and I'd be glad to take Andrew's place...pull my profile, note my email address, and come on down...I'm always up for a little fisticuffs. If you meant legal action...don't waste my time.
