Look Tim, I don't know what your deal is with this.

The deal is exactly what I said. I disagree with you on the issue, both in terms of what the law should be, and also in terms of how dangerous cell phone use while driving is.

Do you have a cell phone glued to your ear?

I haven't had a cell phone for the last couple of years.

But don't try to sell opinion as valid in the face of a fairly large number of tests and road accident data.

The only people around here consistently driving like morons are cell phone users.

Even if cell phone use was massively more dangerous that driving seriously drunk (not just right at the limit but well over it), that wouldn't be true about just about any "here" in the country that has a significant number of drivers.
