Hi Tom, With the global economy in such tough shape, it's tough to get aggressively green as a society; especially since it would have to occur with global consensus, which seems implausible. If the US Govt. gives the loans to Detroit, they'll need every penny to keep the companies going and the loans will not underwrite the infrastructure to create "Green- electric" etc cars. John
