There are only two issues from the conference call I want to
comment:

1)"turnarounds last for 6-8 months"

I think this is the most revealing and most important comment.
It shows the timeframe Yocam has in mind for continued
profitability. Assuming that the turnaround quarter was June
1997, this means that we should gain most by holding BORL script
up until June 1999.

2)The European holidays issue.

This seems to be a throwaway line. Most Americans also take
holidays in this part of the year so the ratio would not be
changed. In addition the peoples of the Asia Pacific and Southern
Hemisphere do not take holidays at this time of year.Yocam needs
to explain the falling percent of European sales better. No doubt
he has more insight into it but chose to make a throwaway comment
to deemphasise the issue.

Anyway, aren't you glad to be holding BORL? WE have about 8 quarters of better performance ahead of us! Go BORL!
