Regarding the Lidak CFO ... Bud says there is been a number of CFO's march through Lidak and he thinks that is because strong direction from the CEO Katz who rules the roost and has his own ideas... so people tend to have conflicts with that. Not good but nothing ilegal or particularly nasty about it. Bud expects the NDA will be done by Dec-Jan and the stock price will strenghten at that time. luis
