not exactly a cold call, Cuban was the largest outside shareholder at the time, he had like 6.5 percent.

But it is an interesting scenario, you get a call where the guy says "I have confidential info, you wanna hear it?" Who is going to say no? Then you hear it and wish you hadn't.
