Good thing that is *not* being proposed by Obama then!

(My personal opinion though - not that anyone is asking <g> - is that ALL INCOME, REGARDLESS OF SOURCE, should be taxed at a single low flat rate. By eliminating as many special interest loopholes as possible we should be able to arrive at the lowest possible rate. But I see only harm in taxing income differently depending upon source.)
