FREE RIDE? Give me a break!

What is this then?

You try to purchase some shares ESucks never tells you you own them until more than 36 hours later, then you go to call them there is no answer for 1-2 hours while you areon hold, then when you find out the other orders that went through you also own (These are the ones that you tried to purchase since e-stupid told you they never were bought after being on hold for 1-2 hours and then you find out that not only the shares you should have went through but all of them did and surpassed your 30,00 cash account with 50% margin by over $400,000.00. You say ya right, I have the proof all in order confirmations I did receive back from them. Oh I forgot to mention that they bought stock at market over the prices the stock ever reached in it's trading activity. Oh another thing, and yes this is all documentable via confirmations... did you ever go to sell a stock and they bought it instead, then switched it around...charged you for it all and then blamed every single problem on you. Another thing, did E-Trade ever beg you for money to cover their mistakes to the point that it was taken as a direct violation to your free right to feel safe?

*This whole entire post is an opinion*

I even had E*Trade ask me to drive to a bank call them on my cell phone and then they asked me who at the bank I talked to, what her name was, and what they said to me their at the bank in dialouge. Wow, it's all the truth, this company is dangerous in my opinion beware, I felt that my safety was also at risk. The NASD had an investigation on my account, aslo the SEC, waiting to talk to Janet Reno, wait....this is a true story, you make the call. Under free speech you have the right to know here, if it takes years to settle this...so be it. But the higherups will and are taking notice. It all catches up to you in the end. Everyone told me to wait it out last year...so I am ...and here we go again.

I wish I could help all you people, it really hurts to loose you hard earned Money you worked your whole life for. Keep posted here, more will come, more will follow and more will take place on this issue so keep your ears clean.

Feel free to contact me or Howie and Sweeny in Dallas, they are keen on this and interested to here what you might have to say for informational purposes....in my opinion they will listen.

Use Datek online, like they say in the airline business "K.I.S.S." Keep it simple stupid. This is the best idea, Datek is simple, and they have real time quotes for free. datek.com

Again this whole entire post is an opinion since E-Trade does not want you to know about my situation. They threatned to sue me if I said anything here...wonder why they were so nervous about my case. I mean I only had $20,000 in cash invested but my account reached over $400,000.00. Then they illegally liquidated and blamed me for it all, taking all my money and then asking me to pay them 10,000 more, WOW!

This is my fault? Explain that traders!
Stop trying to support a freud!
Ya know I even heard rumors the underground was involved, amazing huh.
I actually had some lawyers steal my evidence (Proboably for E-Trade) and even lawyers telling me to watch my back since this issue was real deep! That I believe since big business is the ones running this show, buyer (Trader) beware
