From John Markoff's column in the NYTimes: "Senator Orin G. Hatch, the Republican from Utah who is chairman of the Senate Judiciary Committee, said he supported the Justice Department's action [concerning Microsoft] and would hold a hearing on Nov. 4 to 'explore anticompetitive practices in the software industry'."
