Yes.........effective at ignoring a growing scandal on Wall Street called the Internet Bubble. A growing and obvious out of control terrorist threat that was basically ignored, which led to 9/11. Alienating more than half the country when he received blow jobs in the People's Oval Office and then lying about it under oath to a Grand Jury.

How anyone can consider this effective is just plain strange.

I really do wish The One luck, but it is going to take more than luck to manage this nation properly, and the picks he has made so far doesn't give people much hope.
