To X on the Yahoo Message Board:

I see that your birthday is just around the corner (end of November-end of next week). I hope you have a wonderful birthday! Enjoy!

On a more serious note according to LWLG's 10-Q: "Currently, the Company has funds to maintain its operations through November 2008." X, this means that there is high probability that there will be some significant LWLG news by your birthday or very shortly thereafter. Remember, the Goetz family have dedicated their entire careers and the futures to this endeavor. They have never sold a share-- they could have cashed out a long time ago but they did not. They are still very much in the game and apparently many others think so as well (just look at the all-star board of directors-- many were appointed -and accepted- just in the past few months).

Let's put this into perspective, even if there are some technical hurdles holding back this technology, remember Eaton stated the no other company has ever made it this far. That means that even in the worst case scenario this technology still has promise and value. The market cap on this thing is under $16 million. Remember other companies have spent billions on related technology and did not get this far. Even with the technical hurdles, what multi-national mult-billion market cap company (with annual research budgets in the billions) would not pay more than $16 million for this technology?

IMO, if the Goetz family did not think they had the goods or the technical obstacles were too substantial to overcome without much greater resources I think LWLG could be sold to a substantial premium to the current market cap. Temporarily, there maybe setbacks to the pps but ultimately the pps will be much higher. I am extremely hopeful that eventually the pps will be so high that others will be kicking themselves for doubting the LWLG family (Goetz family, Turpin, Teng, Fasick, Zelibor, Ashton, and that TASR guy --- and yes all other LWLG shareholders).

GATES.
