Datek margin question: Does Datek charge margin interest if I'm only margined during the day, ie, a daytrade? I just opened an account and would also like to know when my check will show up as a positive balance in my account. They did issue my account number, but I still show zero balance. Does this check have to clear before I can trade? Thanks.
