I don't pretend to have any answers. The only thing I feel for sure is that if we let the auto companies go under it will be like taking the card table from underneth the collapsing house of cards.

One thing to consider is that for decades we were 4% of the worlds population and consumming 25% of the worlds good and services and without any savings and engaging in gluttany i.e $50,000 tax credit for buying a Hummer-lol?

Anyway, I don't think the USSR is the correct model we will follow, I think Denmark, Sweden and the Scandanavian and European countries is more likely.

If they can get universal health care through that will help businesses a lot.
