You implied that it was easy for AQ to do terrorist attacks in the US when you said "All Al Qaeda had to do was make a few things go BOOM...."

I'm just disputing that is easy. If so, with all the disparate groups that claim associations with AQ, certainly we would have had one attack.

It's either not easy or they are not trying, or they are totally ineffectual. (Or all three).
