Tyranny follows anarchy. If Obama's desire for immediate and unconditional withdrawal from the War On Terror except when he is invading allies were to go forward it would result in anarchy in those countries we have liberated from tyranny.

Perhaps you view recent events in Somalia as evidence of the democrat foreign policy success. They have both anarchy and tyranny as a result of Clinton.
