Bill Let me tell you why I disagree with this. I was libelled very badly on Prodigy three years ago with a false and malicious ttack about my company. I did nothing because I agreed with you that it was bad form. Lo and behold, the SEC read the thread and began an informalinquiry about it!!!!! I think had I just then disagreed with great volume I would have been spared $400,000 in legal fees and an incredible assault on my character. You see the libel got picked up by the Washington Post, The Journal and The New York Times. when it was all over one of the reporters asked me why I didn't speak up for myself on the original Prodigy filing. When I said you never threaten litigation on the web, he laughed and said I had learned my lesson. hence the napalm!/cramer
