THXG: Subject 56352 The former CEO was crap-canned some time ago, and the new guy has apparently done some wheeling and dealing that may set the company right in the near term. At 0.10+/- it's down nicely from its 0.90+ highs, the O/S will be reduced and former CEO is apparently going to forgive considerable debt to assure getting a piece of the new action. One to watch - and/or collect on the cheap, perhaps......... .
