Gates knows old computers and how to give away money, buffett knows about "name brands". Pickens might know how and where to dig a hole and anyone that accepts the poistion of "Tech czar" either isnt or has nothing else to do. Idea isnt bad though, youd think private enterprise with a profit motive would do a better job then a bunch govt employees. Now if the govt could clear the opstacles, NIMBY, Green piece, lawyers, "filing requirments", impact studies" etc maybe it could be done THIS century.
