No, it is my fantasy and it was definitely Penni, my bosom friend. Do you think I would get something like that wrong? Do you think I care about anyone else enough to imagine them eaten by a giant kitty? I do not even feel that strongly towards myself. I might imagine my husband gnawed to death by a giant dog but the giant kitty is reserved for Penni alone. (And of course, Janice was killed by one of the Captives in stone falling on her. Crushed slowly to death by one of the most exquisite marble pieces in the world, which happily, was undamaged after the incident. She has also been crushed by the works of Titian, a personal favorite of mine.)
