here's what they need to do to reinflate. they need to get the banks to create 2 and 3% mortgages and allow everybody to refi into them. Thats the problem now, yes the fed is dropping rates but jumbo mortgages remain at over 7%. the problem is the mortgage market and the feds have done nothing to deal with that part of the economy............. nothing
