LOL, I may be reading it wrong, but I would hazard a guess they are girding for battle w/ bvf..."see we can last for 4 years to create value...we dont need your 1 year deadlines..." and then pay the current management a nice topper to not break ranks...Despicable...but like I said, I most likely lack a fundamental understanding of these things...
