The fact that Bush allows Cox to continue on at the SEC makes you wonder...Cox is not sophisticated and he totally stripped ALL the safeguards out of the system...Cox has been a short-sellers best friend but that's NOT appropriate for an SEC Chairman. Even Bill Fleckenstein -- a legendary Bear said tonight he's in the process of closing out his short fund.
