Ohio is next. Ohio Senate Committee Holds Hearing on Medical Marijuana wcpn.org Nice to hear from the law and order senator. The only problem is the fed .. for now. You realize that if Obama makes a change in scheduling of marijuana in the fed CSA that change will automatically be reflected in almost every state law? In one single order, that doesn't have to be voted on, Obama could make medical marijuana the law nationwide. It would only take him seconds to get'er done and move along.
