Might not be enough to be trading below cash/sh, during the trough of it anyway ... on the other hand, looks like ktn is breaking out on a new leg of a three year outperformance, relatively speaking -g- - stockcharts.com

I dunno, gonna stick with it personally because 1. two and a half years ago i decided to give them five years, and 2. it's a bit late to sell now ... definitely shoulda done more swing trading on the runs, and not bought back so soon on the retraces, but that's hindsight ... foresight says to me that when the sector comes back they'll be leaders in it, and if the sector doesn't come back then it's game over for human beans and none of this stuff matters

Lots more in the same or worse shape, mostly worse really, especially explorers yes but also development plays and even startup producers ... goz.v as example of the latter, got a fine mine and mill in a safe country, don't need any financing, slow as molasses but they do make progress, have positive cash flow right here and now, and they're tanked further as a percentage from their top than ktn is from theirs, go figure ... of course if you adjust for cash, ktn's team and properties and entire setup is trading for about minus six cents, so yeah point taken

Clifton cfo.v, there's an explorer, got financing concerns even, would it be likely to get cut in half again even in this market? ... how about two bits, twenty cents, fifteen, could a person blow it out and reasonably expect to get it back cheaper later, hmmm i dunno, not confident of it so am just keeping the bit i have

How long does the deflation last, is the thing ... can't go on long at this rate, absolutely deadly to society to have vast numbers of people dispossessed and unemployed, could easily get worse than the thirties because i think people nowadays don't have the sense of morality there was then, been raised on television and don't relate the same way to their fellows, don't have the same life skills ... especially in the gun culture of the US, there is great potential to descend to violence very fast, make somali pirates look positively civilised

Big thing is that you're between presidentes down there, the old crooks still effectively in power and presumably covering their tracks at this point [how are shredder sales and maintenance figures doing, you wonder eh] ... the new crooks usually get some kind of honeymoon period but already as chief of staff there is an excitable zionist, does not look good for the blood-and-treasure front in re permawar ... the housing crash has to bottom before any degree of confidence can return, just has to work itself out, a matter of time more than money since they can't print enough to cover it and have no politically saleable way to distribute that much anyway ... they will print, they have to, monetising debt is really really bad but still the least worst option, beats actual blood in the streets by a long shot
