I sold my CFO last week Marcos, not because I don't like it but because they have a 9 mil $ payment in December and if they cannot renegotiate that payment then they are out of cash. Also, if their relationship with the property vendors is so good, why would they not have concluded a change in payment dates by now? They may indeed have good connections for further financing too but in this market it is irrefutable that a cash poor company has little bargaining power and will pay a very high cost to finance. The other factor I considered when selling CFO,( after buying it at what could be seen as a bargain price $1.25), is results are overdue and ,unless earth shattering, unlikely to push the share price significantly higher for any length of time. I will go back to CFO after financing is resolved and results are out.

Cheers,
Ogi
